On Monday, October 13, 1884, in Rome, Italy, Pope Leo XIII had a terrible vision just after the conclusion of his Mass which resulted in his composing the Prayer to Saint Michael the Archangel which he commanded to be said after every Low Mass, to overcome the power of Satan and his devils.
Since this prayer was prohibited by the Vatican 2 church, Satan and his devils have been going wild, going about the world devouring many souls and thrusting them into the eternal fires of Hell!
Therefore, We encourage everyone to recite this Exorcism on a daily basis. We can personally and officially attest to the fact that doing this Exorcism on a daily basis DOES in fact make a gigantic positive impact in one's life!
We especially encourage Priests and Prelates of the Catholic Church to recite it, whether in this English translation, or in its original Latin text as found in the RITUALE ROMANUM, most especially before their daily Mass so that they themselves as well as all others in attendance at their Mass will not be disturbed by Satan or his devils, whether by distractions or by diabolical intrigues, diabolical attacks, etc., during the offering of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
In addition, We also most especially encourage, and highly recommend, that Priests and Prelates of the Catholic Church perform Exorcisms of persons, places and things, in accordance with the Rite found in the RITUALE ROMANUM, or even using this English translation.
In the proper exercise of Our own Episcopal Office, We have performed many Exorcisms of persons, places and things over the years, especially being invited into private homes to drive out the devils which have taken possession of it, whether as the result of devils following the occupants to their homes, or devils following their relatives and/or friends into their homes, or devils coming into their homes via a certian television and/or radio program(s), Satanic "music", evil books, magazines, and newspapers of all kinds, etc., etc.!
Finally, We recommend that all Priests and Prelates of the Catholic Church make Holy Water in accordance with the pre-Vatican 2 RITUALE ROMANUM - which contains the Exorcism for both the salt and the water - in sufficient quantities for their own use and for the use of the Religious and Laity.
For example, when We were doing parish work, We asked the parishioners to bring gallon contains of clean water with them to Mass the following Sunday, and then before the Mass, at the ASPERGES, We used the RITUALE ROMANUM to make Holy Water for them on a table set aside for that purpose to one side of the Sanctuary. In this way, the Laity could witness exactly how Holy Water is made. Plus, those who brought their containers (usually one gallon plastic bottles) would have their own Holy Water for use in their own homes, vehicles, their place of employment, etc. Of course, We recommended that they get several of the small plastic Holy Water bottles for the actual sprinkling of the Holy Water. We also recommended that they get several Holy Water fonts for use in their Homes, especially for each bedroom and at their front and back doors.
For example, We currently make, at a minimum, 30 gallons of Holy Water at one time because We use it so much! We use empty plastic one gallon water bottles, which we refill with tap water. We Exorcise and Bless an entire container of salt in advance and then keep it on hand so that it is not necessary to do the Exorcism and Blessing of the salt when making Holy Water each time because that has already been done. Of course, We mark the salt container indicating the date the salt in it was Exorcized and Blessed.
In conclusion, the more Laity, Religious, Priests and Prelates of the Catholic Church make use of Holy Water (which is sprinkled during the Exorcism), and who do the Exorcism on a daily basis, the fewer devils there will be roaming around to tempt people, to distract them, to attack them - whether spiritually or physically, and sometimes this would include physical illnesses even - or whatever, the fewer sins that are committed the more peace and harmony people will have with each other because at Fatima Our Blessed Mother said that "War is a punishment from God for sin".

Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
GLORIOUS Prince of the Celestial Host, St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in the conflict which we have to sustain “against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places.” (Ephesians 6:12). Come to the rescue of men, whom God has created to His image and likeness, and whom He has redeemed at a great price from the tyranny of the devil. It is thou whom Holy Church venerates as her guardian and her protector, thou whom the Lord has charged to conduct redeemed souls into Heaven. Pray, therefore, the God of Peace to subdue Satan beneath our feet, that he may no longer retain men captive nor do injury to the Church. Present our prayers to the Most High, that without delay they may draw His mercy down upon us. Seize “the dragon, the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan,” bind him and cast him into the bottomless pit “.....that he (may) no more seduce the nations.” (Apocalypse 20:2-3).
Exorcism
IN THE Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour, strengthened by the intercession of the Immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of God, of Blessed Michael the Archangel, of the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul, and all the Saints, and powerful in the holy authority of our ministry, we confidently undertake to repulse the attacks and deceits of the devil.
LET God arise, and let His enemies be scattered: and let them that hate Him flee from before His face.
As smoke vanisheth, so let them vanish away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God. (Psalm 67:2-3).

WE DRIVE you from us, whoever you may be, unclean spirits, Satanic powers, infernal invaders, wicked legions, assemblies and sects. In the name and by the virtue of Our Lord Jesus Christ X, may you be snatched away and driven from the Church of God and from the souls redeemed by the Precious Blood of the Divine Lamb X. Cease by your audacity, cunning serpent, to delude the human race, to persecute the Church, to torment God's elect, and to sift them as wheat X. This is the command made to you by the most High God X, with Whom in your haughty insolence you still pretend to be equal X, the God “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (1 Timothy 2:4). God the Father commands you X; God the Son commands you X God the Holy Ghost commands you X. Christ commands you, the Eternal Word of God made Flesh; He Who to have our race, out-done through your malice, “humbled Himself, becoming obedient unto death.” (Philippians 2:8); He Who has built His Church on the firm rock and declared that the gates of Hell shall not prevail against her, because He dwells with her “all days, even to the consummation of the world.” (Matthew 28:20). The hidden virtue of the Cross requires it of you as does also the power of the mysteries of the Christian Faith X. The glorious Mother of God, the Virgin Mary, commands you X; she who by her humility and from the first moment of her Immaculate Conception crushed your proud head. The faith of the holy Apostles Peter and Paul and of the other Apostles commands you X. The blood of the martyrs and the pious intercession of all the Saints command you X.
Thus, cursed dragon, and you, wicked legions, we adjure you by the living God X, by the true God X, by the holy God X, by the God Who “so loved the world, as to give His only-begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in Him, may not perish but may have life everlasting.” (John 3:16): Cease deceiving human creatures and pouring out to them the poison of eternal perdition; cease harming the Church and hindering her liberty. Retreat, Satan, inventor and master of all deceit, enemy of man's salvation. Cede the place to Christ in Whom you have found none of your works. Cede the place to the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church acquired by Christ at the price of His Blood. Stoop beneath the all-powerful Hand of God, tremble and flee at the evocation of the holy and terrible Name of Jesus, this Name which causes Hell to tremble, this name to which the Virtues, Powers, and Dominations of heaven are humbly submissive, this name which the Cherubim and Seraphim praise unceasingly, repeating: Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord, the God of hosts.

GOD of heaven, God of earth, God of Angels, God of Archangels, God of Patriarchs, God of Prophets, God of Apostles, God of Martyrs, God of Confessors, God of Virgins, God Who hast power to give life after death and rest after work, because there is no other God than Thee and there can be no other, for Thou art the Creator of all things, visible and invisible, of Whose reign there shall be no end, we humbly prostrate ourselves before Thy glorious majesty and we supplicate Thee to deliver us from all the tyranny of the infernal spirits, from their snares, and their furious wickedness. Deign, O Lord, to protect us by Thy power and to preserve us safe and sound. We beseech Thee through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
